License key de-activation
Reactivation of a NAVITEL license key is only possible on a device with a similar official operating system (pursuant to paragraph 3.12 of the License Agreement). If a license key is provided with a navigation device, irrelevant to its activation state, then it is intended for use only on this exact device. The key is not subject to reactivation on any other device (pursuant to paragraph 3.1 of the License Agreement).
- for iOS users
Activation of an iOS license key on other platforms is not possible. The same rule applies to reactivation of license keys from other platforms on iOS. According to Apple corp. policy, all purchases are to be made in AppStore, so keys obtained from other sources cannot be activated. In order to use a purchased copy of Navitel Navigator on other iOS devices, download the exact application from which the purchase was made earlier under the same AppStore account and then select Premium → Restore purchase (see instructions) when staring the app.
- for Android users
If the purchase was made prior to Sep. 16, 2014 or NOT from Google Play store, a license key deactivation is required. If the purchase was made from Google Play after Sep. 16, 2014 via Navitel version 9.2 or newer, license key deactivation is not required. To use an already-purchased Navitel Navigator on a different Android device, download it from the same account and press Restore purchase (see instructions) when starting the app.
Important! Purchases on any OS can only be restored a limited number of times.
Important! Delete the application right after filing a key deactivation request and clear the License folder located in the NavitelContent folder.
Important! If the Send button is inactive, make sure that you have filled in all the fields in the form, including the attached file. An automatic response with the assigned application number will be sent to your mailbox within 10 minutes after completing the deactivation request. If no mail arrives, it means that your request has not been received by NAVITEL and you need to try again.
The request will be processed in 2-3 workdays.
The response detailing the decision in regard to your request will be sent to the e-mail address specified in the request form.
